Social Engineering in the Guise of Economic Stimulus

Attached is a link to the House of Representatives PDF file of the stimulus bill. I only read some pages of the bill, and will continue reading as much as possible without triggering narcolepsy.

As of now, the bill shows very little economic stimulus and much social engineering stimulus. As reported by Drudge, you can go to page 145 where you will notice that the bill allocates $ 345 million for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases.
Some additional pork in the bill:
$1.1 billion for Amtrak
$50 million for the National Endowment for the Arts
$400 million for NASA to conduct climate change research
$300 million for Americorps
$1 billion for the Census
$400 million for localities to buy "green" buses
$650 million for the Digital-to-Analog Converter Box Program
$600 million for the acquisition of "green" cars
$7.7 billion for the Federal Buildings Fund
The list goes on... ALL of it funding by your hard-earned tax dollars.

I could understand the government spending money on social engineering, but I resent the insult to our intelligence calling it an economic stimulus plan.
